These are in both folders. Tick one to convert it again and replace the copy in the destination.

What it does

JPEGs are copied — the image data stays byte-for-byte identical.
HEIC, PNG, WebP and the rest become JPEG at quality 100 with no chroma subsampling, and every output file is checked for exactly that. iPhone Display P3 colours are converted to sRGB.
A JPEG shot sideways is rotated upright and re-encoded once, at the same maximum quality. Tap a thumbnail to open a file, turn it yourself and convert it that way — a video turns losslessly, through its display flag.
Videos are never re-encoded: the picture and sound are copied as they are into a fresh container, and every metadata atom and hidden data track (GPS, phone model, dates, motion data) is left behind.
Everything that is not picture or sound is dropped: EXIF (camera, GPS, dates), XMP, IPTC, colour profile, thumbnails, comments, and any video hidden after an image.
Files travel between your browser and your own Nextcloud only. Nothing else is contacted.
